Contract Management.

Contracting out your bar operation can be a great way to minimise your overheads, remove time consuming management activities such as stock control, staff rotas and cellar work, plus setting up costs for parties, functions etc. It can also be extremely cost beneficial as you will work on either set annual fees or a sliding scale of sales commission.

Of course the only way that it would prove beneficial for Prestige Bars is if the bar worked well, was efficient and successful with excellent staff and product.  It really is win – win for the bar owner!

Prestige Bars currently contractors to and associated with the prestigious Trinity Park Events Centre in Suffolk and the BCA (Berkshire College of Agriculture) which is a grand old Country Mansion, now converted to a terrific Wedding Venue.

We also supply staff to various other organisations on an ad hoc basis and welcome requests for Contract Bars, Bar Management and Bar Staff.

Contract bars can be taken on full management of staff and products, staff and bar management selling the venue’s stock or simply provision of staff under third party management.

There are many ways that the above can be contracted and various commercial options to consider. We would be very pleased to discuss details with any interested party.
