TraditionalChoice of 3 meats from: Thick, premium quality, locally made, Suffolk Choice, Pork and Bramley or Thai Red Pork sausage in a fresh baguette with raw or fried white onions. *Other flavours may be substituted according to availability. Succulent chicken goujons marinated in a choice of either herbs and tomato or garam masala, paprika and ground coriander. Both marinades are made with a touch of brown sugar to glaze, trapping in all the goodness and flavour. Pork chop dry marinated in smoky BBQ sauce. Hand made 100% beef Quarter Pounder grilled as you like it and served in a fresh white bap with a choice of relish. A juicy corn-on-the-cob served with fresh black pepper and butter or low fat spread. New potatoes with herb butter. A choice of 6 salads from: potato salad, vegetable rice salad, Caesar salad, coleslaw, spicy pasta salad, tomato salad, mixed green salad, mixed peppers. Hot garlic bread.

All the above are home made and are becoming increasingly popular as a tasty and are a very cost effective alternative. They can be served with rice, various breads, baked potatoes and represent fantastic value. Please enquire for a price as the vast amount of variations available make it impossible to produce a meaningful price list. A selection of teas and coffees are also available. We are always pleased to discuss variations to the above menus to meet with any client’s particular requirements. With our range of professional cooking equipment, grills, hog roasts etc we easily cater for large public events. All the above prices are inclusive of bbq, cooking equipment, hog roast, chef(s), staff, work tables, serving dishes etc and disposable plates and cutlery. Table cloths, crockery, cutlery etc can be provided at the cost of £2.50 per person. |
