Menu No 6.  3 Meat Spit Roast Carvery.

(Our favourite!)

The same menu as the Hog Roast above, but instead of a whole hog, we offer any three from the following:

  • Whole leg of pork

  • Whole topside of beef

  • Whole leg of lamb

  • Whole turkey

  • Rack of chickens.

Choose any three meats from the above and we will slow spit roast them to perfection then carve them to your plate. Unbeatable for flavour, choice and theatre! The three meats will normally be more than sufficient for 100-120 very hungry people but additional joints can be cooked to supplement. i.e. 2 legs of pork, 2 topsides of beef and 1 lamb etc.

Choice of:

Homemade stuffing with locally produced roasted sausages.

Hot new potatoes with butter and herbs.

A choice of 6 salads from: potato salad, vegetable rice salad, Caesar salad, coleslaw, spicy pasta salad, tomato salad, mixed green salad, mixed peppers.

A choice of warm freshly baked breads and rolls.

Homemade Bramley applesauce. 

A choice of char grilled, fresh and sautéed vegetables.  Vegetarian dishes of your choice.

All the above are home made and are becoming increasingly popular as a tasty and are a very cost effective alternative.  They can be served with rice, various breads, baked potatoes and represent fantastic value. Please enquire for a price as the vast amount of variations available make it impossible to produce a meaningful price list.

A selection of teas and coffees are also available.  We are always pleased to discuss variations to the above menus to meet with any client’s particular requirements.  With our range of professional cooking equipment, grills, hog roasts etc we easily cater for large public events.

All the above prices are inclusive of bbq, cooking equipment, hog roast, chef(s), staff, work tables, serving dishes etc and disposable plates and cutlery.

Table cloths, crockery, cutlery etc can be provided at the cost of £2.50 per person.
