Did you know that If you’re planning a wedding, prom, corporate day out, sporting occasion or simply a good old fashioned party celebration it’s (almost) illegal not to have a bar! And here at Prestige, we certainly know all about outside bars!

If you do want a bar then we have the perfect answer! A well-presented, traditional type bar with a modern twist, complete with modern cooling and chilling systems, glasses, oodles of ice, fruit to garnish the drinks, staff with a friendly smile and prices akin to any decent pub!

Our bars are exactly as the ones pictured and are available from 6ft long to over 100ft long suitable for a party of less than 100 to over 10,000! We can set up more or less anywhere – a wedding marquee or wedding venue, in the middle of a field, a private garden or a village hall, a commercial building such as a warehouse or large office – or even the office car park!

Anywhere that’s large enough for a group of people to get together, we can set up a bar! We have even set up in parks, aircraft hangers and office blocks!

A good outside bar can make your event great!

The bar would be fully stocked with a range of chilled draught products, real ales, chilled bottled beers, a good choice of wines plus soft drinks, mixers, fruit juice and a wide array of spirits including around 8 different flavours of Sambuca, Sourze, Tequila, Tequila Rose and – of course – Jaeger! We deal with all the licensing etc and our skilled and experienced staff are always smartly uniformed and available to lend a hand if needed.

The bar can be open as early in the day as you wish – 9.00am is currently the earliest when a coachload of folk arrived at a wedding for breakfast after a very early start and wanted a few drinks to wash it down! – and 4.45am is currently the latest we have served! But we’re still hoping for an ‘all-nighter’ that finishes with breakfast! 

Mobile Bars

No event is complete without a bar whether it’s a Village Fair or a Rugby Festival. A Music-in-the-Park type event or a corporate celebration, a charity event or a Town carnival we have a bar to suit.  We also have our own 18m x 9m clearspan marquee which is large enough to house a decent bar to serve several 1000s and still have room for the customers to be served in the shade or out of the rain!  We are used to operating ‘large volume’ bars and also ‘multiple bars’ depending on the occasion.

The bars can be set up with a wide selection of draught products including real ales plus all of the drinks normally associated with a decent pub. And all at pub prices too!

We don’t have ‘van type’ mobile bars as we prefer to have the space behind the bar for enough serving staff to ensure that your guests or paying customers are served quickly and efficiently. Not always the case with bars-on-wheels at larger events!

Depending on the actual event we can set up a couple of days before or on the day. We are happy to deal with the local authority for the Event License and holdall the essential insurances and certifications etc. Also, depending on the event, we are always open to a commercial agreement with the organisers.
