To make the event special and to let your guests enjoy the ‘theatre’ of it all, we like to place the giant pans in a position for all to see then cook in front of your guests whilst encouraging them to have their photos taken and engage with us in conversation.
Fully Equipped With Everything We Need
We arrive at your venue with our own kitchen, fully equipped with everything we need to make the paellas of your choice. We love to engage with any and all of your guests that my like to wander over for a chat as our chefs busily stir the onions, peppers, paprika, garlic etc that produces one of the best aromas around! All you have to do is show us where to set up then sit back and relax!
Our most popular Paella is Chicken and Chorizo and we only use chicken from Suffolk producers and authentic Spanish chorizo which we cook with red and white onions, tomatoes, peppers, and various other vegetables, high quality saffron, herbs and a few mild spices etc. Add our own homemade chicken stock and the traditional Paella rice and you have a delicious meal fit for a King! And it’s all Gluten Free!
But we do have lots of other paellas to offer including seafood, vegetarian, meat and fish combined etc so please just let us know your favourite and we’ll come up with a recipe! It’s a great social dish and perfect catering for parties of all sizes. We have catered parties from 15 to over 500! Although we do have a minimum charge, our paella catering is normally extremely good value for money with prices per person. If you are a hotel, golf club or other venue owner we would be pleased to quote you our direct catering prices.
It can be served with crusty breads from out local baker, fresh zingy salads (no ‘Tesco Specials!) and we also have a wide range of flavoursome TAPAS to start the event off in the best possible way and – of course – we can offer our fantastic bars to complete the event!
We can have our own pop-up-gazebo if required but we can – and have done – cooked in marquees, conservatories, halls, front gardens, golf courses, company car parks, offices warehouses etc! Flexibility is the key and it’s the cooking that counts!
